Assisting those in need through difficult phases of transition by empowering them to succeed, especially in these difficult economic times, is a philosophy Jim continues to promote.   As a result of the recession, Jim continues to organize a series of forums on available resources, programs, and services for job training, food assistance, fuel assistance, housing assistance, mortgage foreclosure prevention, unemployment insurance, and other forms of assistance available for those truly in need.  Last winter he completed a forum at the Marshfield Council on Aging, and in the spring he had another forum at the Scituate Library.  For a comprehensive list of services visit http://www.massresources.org/.  Stay tuned for future forums!
